After Jeremy left Jenny and I were off to spend the weekend with a great family in Run Away Bay, Jamaica. We traveled across the country from Kingston with Ann, one of Jenny's good friends, and Ann's husband, Malcolm. There we met up with the rest of Ann's family and another couple and their children. The main event for the weekend was a fast pace card game called Kalooki. Aside from the frenzied card playing it was a relaxing weekend sitting around the pool eating great food and having interesting conversation. It was really great great talking with Ann's family and getting another perspective on Jamaica.

From Run Away Bay Jenny and Ann's family dropped me off in Ochos Rios to Look for a boat to Cuba, or make my way around Jamaica if that didn't work out. It turned out that JJ had a friend that made trips to Cuba, but his friend wasn't leaving anytime soon and there were no other boats available. So I took a bus further west to the port city of Montego Bay to see what I could work out.
